1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ImrulLabs website (imrullabs.com) or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and others who access or use our website and services.

2. Services

ImrulLabs provides cybersecurity consulting and AI automation services, including but not limited to:

• Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR)
• Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT)
• OSINT & Threat Intelligence
• Agentic AI Automation
• Malware Analysis
• Incident Response Consulting

All services are delivered remotely. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement will be agreed upon in writing prior to commencement.

3. Engagements & Agreements

All service engagements require a written agreement outlining the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and fees. Work will not commence until both parties have agreed to the terms of the engagement in writing.

ImrulLabs reserves the right to decline any engagement at its sole discretion.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement for each engagement. Generally:

• Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in the service agreement
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement

5. Confidentiality

ImrulLabs treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose any information about your organization, systems, or engagement to any third party without your explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are also expected to treat any proprietary methodologies, tools, or information shared by ImrulLabs as confidential.

6. Authorized Testing

For penetration testing and security assessment services, clients must provide explicit written authorization for all systems and assets to be tested. ImrulLabs will only conduct testing within the agreed scope.

The client is responsible for ensuring they have the legal authority to authorize testing on all systems included in the scope of work.

7. Limitation of Liability

ImrulLabs will perform all services with professional care and expertise. However, cybersecurity services cannot guarantee absolute security. We are not liable for:

• Security incidents that occur outside the scope of our engagement
• Decisions made by the client based on our findings and recommendations
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services

Our total liability in any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that specific engagement.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports, methodologies, tools, and deliverables created by ImrulLabs remain the intellectual property of ImrulLabs unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a license to use deliverables for their internal purposes only.

9. Links to Third-Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external sites you visit.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
